Due to the rise in fraudulent and counterfeit check scams, I no longer accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, certified checks, or money orders as forms of payment.

To protect both my business and my clients, all payments must be made through secure, verified methods such as:

Zelle

Cash (in person only)

Other approved electronic payment platforms

Bookings are only confirmed once the required retainer has been successfully processed through an approved payment method. Any returned or disputed payments may result in cancellation of services.

This policy ensures secure transactions, protects scheduled dates, and allows me to continue providing reliable service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

To secure your session date, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer guarantees your date and covers preparation, scheduling, and administrative time.

Client Cancellations:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled session will not require any additional payment beyond the non-refundable retainer.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will require 50% of the remaining balance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and require full payment.

Rescheduling:

One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before the session.

Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date.

Additional reschedule requests may require a new retainer.

Late Arrivals:

Session time begins at the scheduled start time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without a price adjustment.

This policy protects reserved dates, preparation time, and other clients who may have requested the same time slot. Thank you for understanding and respecting my booking process.
